Mixed vegitable sagu




Vegitable sagu,actually i was preparing sagu which i learnt by my mom,today i tried one more method from a blog it was tasty and colorful....Here i changed little and made .


Ingrediants

1 cup of mixed veggies of your choice

1 onion finely chopped

For masala.

1/4 cup or little more grated c





1tsp of roasted gram

10 to 12 cashews

4 to 5 green chillies

Fistful of coriander leaves

1inch of cinamon

2 to 3 cloves


5 to 6 black pepper

1 inch of ginger

1/2 onion

(Grind all into smooth paste)

Seasoining:

1 tbsp of ghee or oil


1tsp of mustered seeds

1 tsp of jeera or cumin seeds

1 dry red chillie

Few curry leaves


Method:

1. Cook finely chopped veggies until done.

2. Grind the ingrediants given under masala and keep ready.

3. Heat a pan with ghee and add mustered seeds and when it splutters add cumin seeds and after that add curry leaves & red chillies and fry them,next add chopped onions and fry till transulant .

4. After onion is cooked add cooked veggies and grinded masala and mix well and leave to boil .

5. Now add salt as per taste and jaggary and mix and leave to boil until raw smell disappears.

6. Add lemon juice and mix .

7. Serve hot with poori or chapathi .
