MIXED MILLETS DOSA



Millets have many health benifits.i am using millets from many days ,some say that it is very useful for diabitic.,i have made dosa,rotti etc., by using many different millets.




Ingrediants.,


Fox tail millet 1/4 cup

Barnyard millet 1/4 cup

Proso millet 1/4 cup

Little millet  1/4 cup

Kudo millet 1/4 cup

1/4 cup of urad dal

1/2 cup idli rice

1 tb sp fenugreek seeds

Thick poha 1/2 to 1 fist

Salt as per taste


Method;

1. Soak all millets with rice for 4 to 5 hrs,soak uraddal and fenugreek seeds and poha seperately.

2. Eveining grind urad dal to smooth batter and grind millets and rice for little coarse batter and mix both and leave it to ferment overnight.

3. Next day add salt as per taste and heat tava and pour ladle of batter and spread thinly and sprinkle little oil and cook until golden brown and crisp.

4. Remove and serve hot with chutney and sambar.
