RAVA RUSK




Rusk you can find many kinds & in different names,actually,i like rusks very much that too dip in coffee & eat aaha....😋,so whenever i was eating rusk i used to wonder how they prepare rusks & started browsing different blogs & got some clue that there is no particular recipe ( i did not get) but actually prepared by using breads or cakes & i was surprised & thought of trying..but normally bread are made by using maida but nowadays we can see wheat bread......etc., as health conscious but i tried rava bread or semolina bread whithout adding any maida or wheat flour  from that i tried rusk today.....recipe for rava bread i have posted & now .........http://suprabharuchiadige.blogspot.in/2016/03/semolina-bread.html



Ingrediants;

5-10 or whole bread cut into slices ( not too thick or thin)
1/4 cup of melted butter or milk to brush rusks

Method;

1. Cut bread slices into 1/2 pieces & brush with butter or milk ( this is to get brownish colour)

2. Preheat the oven  180 digree centigrade,& grease the baking tray & keep bread slices leaving little place in between.

3. Bake in pre heated iven for 25-30 minutes,after 15 minutes flip the rusks upside down & bake.

4. Remove and cool,& store.

5. Serve the crispy rusk with coffee or tea.
