Last week i had posted sorekai rotti or lauki or bottle guard rotti,today i am posting its palya or currywhich is equally easy and tasty too.
Ingrediants;
1 cup finely chopped sorekai
Seasoining;
1 tbsp of oil
tsp of mustered seeds
1/2 tsp uraddal
1/2 tsp of chanadal
Few springs of curry leaves
2or 3 dry read chillies broken into half
Grated fresh or dry coconut
1 tbsp of vangibhath powder
1/2 tsp or little more tamrind pulp or water
Salt as per taste
Sugar pinch
Method;
1. Heat oil and add seasoining and fry next add chopped bottle guard an₹ mix well then add little water and mix and cover and cook until done.
2. After veggie is cooked add salt,sugar and vangibhath powder and tamrind paste and mix well lastly add coconut and coriander leaves and mix well.
3.serve hot with rice or roti or chapathi.
