Paper dosa very thin and crispy dosa which is very tasty . Where Ingrediants are asusual for regular dosa but measurement is little different.
Ingrediants;
3/4 cup of rice ( any rice )
1/4 cup of uraddal
Less than 1/4 cup thick poha
1/2 tb sp of chanadal
Less than 1/4 tsp of fenugreek seeds
1& 1/2 tb sp of fine rava
Salt
Sugar
Method;
1. Soak all Ingrediants seperately for 4 to 5 hrs .
2, grind uraddal and poha and fenugreek to fine paste.
3. Grind rice into very little coarse
4.mix everything and add rava and mix well and keep for fermenting overnight
5. Nextday add salt and sugar and mix well
6. Heat a tava and take a ladle full of batter and spread thinly and sprinkle little oil and cover and cook until golden brown and crispy.
7. Fold or role from one side and serve hot.
8. You can make potato masala and make rava masala dosa too.
