Pudina chutney





Pudina is used for making chutney; rice etc. it has nice aroma and nice green color. And tasty too.


Ingrediants:

1 cup pressed pudina leaves

Salt as per taste


Green chillies as per spicy

Grated coconut 3/4 cup

Chanadal 1 tsp & little more

Uraddal 1/2 tsp little more

Ginger little
Tamrind paste 1 tsp or little more



Method

1.clean pudina throughly and remove excess water

2.heat a pan and add chanadal & uraddal and fry until golden brown,

Then add pudina and fry by adding little ghee until it shrinks,

3. Next add green chillies and fry then switch off the stove and add grated coconut.

4.  Ow take everything in a blender and add salt,pinch of jagtry,Nd ginger and grind to fine paste by adding sufficiant water,

5. Season with ghee and mustered seeds and urD dal and curryleaves.& mix

6.serve with dosa,idli or rice.
