HESARUBELE DOSE




Hesarubele is also called as moongdal which is very cool to body and we can use it for many things usually we prepare kosambari with it ,today i tried it to dosa making.it is very tasty and you can prepare thick or thin dosa and crispy.


Ingrediants;

1 cup of rice

3/4 cup of urad dal

Little less than 3/4 cup of moong dal

1 fist of thick poha

1tbsp of fenugreek seeds

Salt as per taste

Water for grinding

Ghee or oil for smering


Method;

1. Soak every thing with sufficiant water for 4 to 5 hrs.

2 grind it into fine paste and leave it fermenting over night

3.next day add salt and mix throughly.

4. Heat a tava and spread a ladle of batter and spread thinly and sprinkle little oil and cover and cook.

5. Remove and serve hot with any side .
