DIGESTIVE BISCUIT CAKE ( NO BAKE)

I had one big packet of britania digestive biscuits at home,no body was there to eat it everyday,so i was thinking what to do and searched some blogs and finally i prepared on my own,no need of baking but just freezing it is very easy .

Ingrediants

10 to 12 digestive biscuits or any other biscuits

Less than 1/2 cup of butter

1/2 of the chocolate bar ( i used milk chocolate)

4 tbsp of coco powder

4 to 5 tb sp of icing sugar or powder sugar

2 tb sp of milk ( optional)

Nuts ( i used cashews)


Method

1 . Firstly,in double boiler method take butter and chocolate bar and melt .

2.next add coco powder and mix then add sugar and mix if the batter becomes too thick add little milk.

3. In a zip lock cover put biscuits and smash not fine powder .you should have few little pieces of biscuits.

4..take a container or cake tin and brush with butter,here you can also use butter paper too.

5. Now mix biscuits with the chocolate mix .

6. Pour the mixture into the container and press evenly.

5.finally,add nuts ( small pieces) and press.

6.now freeze for 1 or 2 hrs.

7.remove and leave it for few minutes and cut into pieces

8.serve.

Notes:

1.you can use any kind of biscuits

2.you can use microwave for melting

3.if the biscuits & coco poder is sweet enough you can skip sugar.

4. Sugar can be adjusted to taste.

6. You can use milk maid too .

7. You can add any kind of nuts.

8. You can mix the nuts when your mixing chocolate and biscuits.
