Ingrediants:
1 cup or as you need of little millet
Water for soaking
Salt
Water for grinding
Method:
Soak the little millet with sufficiant water after cleaning for 3 hrs and grind into smooth batter,
Batter should be watery that is as you prepare neer dosa with regular rice.so add sufficient water and add salt and mix well.
Leave it for 15 mins .
Next heat tava and pour ladle full of batter from little up from the tava and spread,don’t try to spread with ladle let it be uneven.now drizzle little oil and cover and cook.
Remove and serve with chutney.
