SAME DOSA ( little millet)


It is also called as little millet.

Ingrediants

1cup of same ( little millet)

3/4 cup ( little less) urad dal

1 fist ful of thick avalakki
1 tbsp of fenugreek seeds


Method

1. Soak everything for 5 to 6hrs

2. Grind into smooth dosa batter & keep for fermenting overnight.

3.next day add salt and mix gently.

4.heat a tava andd pour ladle ful of batter and spread,you can make thick or thin or soft or crisp dosa smear little oil and cover and cook until done.

5. Serve hot with chutney.
