NAVANE PADDU






Ing:

1 cup of uddina bele

2 cups of navane

1 fistful or little less of avalakki

Salt

Oil

Soak everythin for 4 to 5 hrs and grind to smooth batter and leave for fermenting overnight.

Next day add salt and mix

Heat paddu tava and brush little oil

Pour spoonful of batter and cover and cook on medium flame.

After one side is cooked turn upside down and cook.

Remove and serve hot with any side.
