I wanted to try millets cookies or biscuits,so i started with ragi millet,pearl millet.it came out tasty and good .
Ingrediants
1/2 cup of ragi flour
1/4 cup of milk powder
1/4 cup of jaggary
4 tbsp of butter
1/4 tsp of baking powder
Little cardamom powder
Method
1. Cream jaggary and butter creamy
2. Add baking powder and cream it again
3. Now add ragi flour and milk powder and cardamom powder nd mix well
4. Now take spoon ful and make balls and lightly press and arrange on baking tray leave little space inbetween and arrange
5. Pre heat oven on 145 dig for 8 mins.
6. Keep the tray in pre heated oven and bake for 15 mins
7. After baking still it will be soft when you remove from oven ,but it comes to correct form after few minutes.
8. Enjoy ragi cookies ( healthy) store in air tight box.
