Bajra called as sajje in kannada,now a days i am trying healthy diets as i am trying recipes using millets.today i tried bajra dosa,it came out crispy,soft and tasty .
Ingrediants;
1cup of rice ( i used dosa rice)
3/4. Cup of bajra
Little less than bajra urad dal
1 fist ful of poha or beaten rice or avalakki
Little fenugreek seeds
Wash and soak for 4 to 5 hrd and grind to smooth batter and keep to ferment overnight .
Next morning add salt abd mix gently.
Heat tava and pour spoon full of batter and spread thinly or as u wish and drizzle little oil and cook
Remove and serve with any side.
Note: if you wan5 crisp you can make or if you want soft you can make.
