FOX TAIL MILLET UPMA





Ingrediants:

1cup of millet wash 3 to 4 times and keep

2and 1/2 cup of water

Any vegitables

Onion finely chopped

Seasoining:

Oil & ghee 1 tbsp each

Mustered seeds 1tsp

Jeera 1/ 2 tsp

Green chillies 4 to 5 or as per taste

Ginger finely chopped or paste

Curry leaves

Lemon juice

Coriander leaves

Grated coconut


Method:

Clean milet and keep ready

Cook veggies and keep

Heat oil and ghee in a khadai and add all seasoining and fry ,

Next add chopped onion and fry until translucent and next add all cooked veggies and mix

Add water and add.
Now add salt,little sugar and lemon juice and mix and leave it to boil

When it starts boiling add slowly the millet and start mixing and leave covered until cooked.

Lastly add coriander leaves and grated coconut and mix well

Serve hot with ghee.
