DODDAPATRE TAMBOOLI




Ingrediants

1 cup full of doddappatre soppu

1/2 cup or little more or less of grated coconut

1/2 tsp or little more of jeera

10 or as per spicy menasu

Salt as per taste

1/2 cup or little more curds

Seasoining

Ghee 1 tsp

Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp

Jeera 1/2 tsp

Few curry leaves

Method

1. Wash & dry with a cloth all doddapatre leaves

2. In a pan heat little ghee and add jeera,black pepper & fry,then add doddapatre leaves & fry until it starts to shrink.

3. Now in a mixie jar grind all fried things with coconut & take in a bowl.

4. Now add curds & mix without any lumps.

5. Season with ingrediants given under seasoining .

6 serve with rice.
