AKKI IDLI





Ingrediants

1 cup uraddal

3 cups idli rice or normal rice

1 fist of poha

Method:

1. Soak poha & urad dal after cleaning for 5 hrs

2. Soak rice seperately

3: evening firstly grind the urad dal & poha together for smooth paste & keep.

4. Next grind rice into coarse paste like rava

5. Mix all together throughly & keep overnight for fermenting

6. Batter consistancy should be not too thick or thin it should be correct consistancy.

7: next day add salt & mix & make idlies.
