MILK POWDER BURFI





Milk powder burfi very tasty which i tried for first time & i made this for krishna janmashtami .
This recipe i got from hebbars kitchen.


Ingrediants


2&1/2 cup of milk powder ( nestle i used)

1/2 cup of sugar

1/4 cup of ghee
3/4 cup of milk


Cardamom powder

Pista

Badam

Method;

1. In a pan heat ghee & add milk & heat for few minutes until it combines then




2. Add sugar & mix well & cook until sugar dissolves

3. Cook on medium flame

4. Now add milk powder & mix well without any lumps & keep on mixing on low medium flame

5 . Now add cardamom powder & keep on mixing on medium flame until it thickens & leave the sides of the pan .

6. Keep greased plate ready.

7. When it starts leaving the sides & bottom immediately pour to the greased plate & spread with the spoon which is lightly smeared with ghee &

8.spread with pista & badam which is cut into small pieces & make impression of cut for pieces & leave it to cool completely.

9. Lastly after cool cut into pieces & store.

10. Here dry fruits u can add directly in the beginning only then when you eat you can feel small bites of it which will be tadty.

11. Adjust sugar more or less.
