DRY FRUITS LADOO


Actually,i had more dry fruits lying in my kitchen & again my friend also gave me so i was thinking what to do with those dry fruits,& thought of making ladoo,here i used cashews,badam,kishmish,pista & for binding i used dates & for rolling the ladoos or covered with khus khus ,it is very easy & no added sugar & very healthy too.

Ingrediants,

1 cup of cashews cut into medium small pieces
1 cup of badam.......".......
1 cup of dry grapes or khismish
1 cup of pistachio
You can add any other dry fruits you wish
1 to 1&1/2 cup of dates seeds removed & chopped
Khus khus 1/4 cup for rolling or covering ladoos here you can use dry coconut also

Method.

1. In a pan take chopped dates & add 1 or two tbsp of ghee & start mixing slowly it starts little melting & comes to sticky condition now add all dry fruits & start mixing where everything covers evenly & remove from stove & leave it cool slightly not fully because then you cannot roll it into ladoos,now take little ghee on your palm and spread & take little mixture & start rolling.if it becomes difficult then add little hot milk & try to roll.

2. Store in airtight container & serve.
