PADDU


This time i tried paddu by adding sabudana or seemeakki which came out very good fluffy & soft & tasty.

Ingrediants;
1 cup uraddal
2 cups rice ( idly rice or normal rice)
1/4 cup of sabudana or seemeakki

Method;

Soak everything for 3-4 hrs & grind into paste by adding sufficiant water where it should not be too watery or too thick & ferment overnight.
Next day add salt & a pinch of sugar & mix well .
Grease the paddu pan & pour a spoon ful of batter & smear with oil & cover & cook both the sides & remove.

Seve hot with any sides.
