TOMATO RASAM




Tomato rasam where we use toordal to make this rasam but here we don't use toordal this is one kind instant rasam which is easy to prepare & tasty too,i got this recipe from one of cook book.

Ingrediants;
2-3 ripe tomatoes 
1-2 spoons of rasam powder
Salt
Jaggary for taste
Tamrind water little
1 tbsp channa dal 
1 tbsp urad dal dry roast & powder
( i used toordal instead of channadal)( optional)
1/4 tsp of turmeric powder
For seasoining;
1 tsp of ghee
1/2 tsp of mustered seeds
1/4 tsp of jeera
Few curry leaves 
Few coriender leaves 

Method:
Powder both roasted dals by adding little water & grind into smooth paste,then make seasoining in a vessal & add chopped tomatoes & add grind dals & add other ingrediants & add sufficiant water & bring to boil & add salt & jaggry & mix & boil for few more minutes & remove.

Serve hot with rice.
