INSTANT RAGI DOSA


Ragi or pearl millet dosa,this is instant dosa fermenting time is very less,this dosa can be prepared as usal which we prepare regular dosa by soaking & fermenting over night,but this dosa can be prepared whenever you wish,& this is very healthy too....

Ingrediants

1 cup of ragi flour
1 cup of wheat flour
1 tbsp or lttle less fenugreek piwder
Salt as per taste
Punch of sugar
Oil for making dosa

Method;

1. Take all flours in a bowl & add salt & mix,then add water & make pourable batter & keep covered for 15-20 minutes.

2. Heat tava

3. Take the batter & mix once more without any lumps if the batter is too thick then add little more water & mix.

4. Take a ladle full of batter ₹ pour on hot tava & spread evenly & thinly & sprinkle little oil & cover & cook.

5. Remove hot & serve with any side.
