Moolangi tambooli ,moolangi is called as raddish,yesterday i posted mooli parota,today i got this recipe from one of my good friend & tried this,it is very tasty & easy to prepare & healthy too....you can serve with rice or any other dish you like.
Ingrediants;
1 cup chopped mooli
1 tsp of ghee
1/4 cup of grated coconut
1/2 tsp of jeera
1 red chilli
2-3 peppercorns or as per spicy
Salt as per taste
Few curry leaves for grinding
Seasoining
1 tsp of ghee
1/2 tsp of jeera
1 red chilli
Few curry leaves
Hing ( optional)
Others;
Curds 1/4 to 1/2 cup ( depends on thickness of gravy)
Method;
1. Heat ghee in a pan & add jeera when it splutters add red chilli & pepper corns & curry leaves & fry & then add chopped mooli & fry until raw smell dissappears & nice aroma comes out,keep it to cool.
2. Now grind into paste by adding coconut & salt by adding very little water.
3. Now take the grinded mixture in a bowl & add curds & mix well.
4. Now make seasoning & add to the tambooli & mix & serve.
