AMERICAN CHOUPSEY



American choupsey actually i did not know what it was,few years back when i was coming back from my mom s home on the way one bakery or shop is there kaggis' there me & my daughter used to go there once my daughter tried this dish & it was good & after few days we forgot about that 😀 but now from few days i was searching for a recipe & saw this so was thinking of trying this & the time came today to try this recipe,it is very tasty dish but little time consuming but at the end you feel happy that you prepared this 😀 so now we move towards preparation of american choupsey......


Ingredients;

1 small pack of chinese noodles or hakka noodels
( boiled & cooked)

Vegitables ;
1 medium large capsicum chopped length wise thinky
1 medium large onion chopped length wise
1 medium large carrot chopped length wise
Oil 1 tbsp
1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
1 tsp or as per spicy black pepper powder
Salt little ( becaz you are putting for sause also)
Sugar for taste


Sauce;
1/2 to 1 cup of water
1 tbsp of tomato sauce or ketchup
1 tsp of soya sauce
1 tsp of vinegar
1 tbsp of chilli sauce or red chilli powder as per spicy
Salt & sugar ( remember we have put in vegitables also)

Others;
1 tsp of corn flour
Little water to make paste


Method;

1. Cook noodles until done and drain & keep aside until dry .

2. Cooking of vegitables;
Chop all vegitables length wise and keep ready.
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and fry then add onion and fry for few minutes when it starts changing color add capsicum andcarrot and fry until crisp & little soft.
Now add in salt,sugar,& pepper powder & mix & keep ready aside.


3. Making of sauce;

In a bowl take all ingrediants under sauce and bring to boil.
When it starts boiling add in salt and sugar & mix.
Leave it to boil for few more seconds.
Now make a paste by using corn flour & water.
Pour this into sayse & mix it starts thickening
Now check theconsistancy & if it too thick you can add little water & mix.
Now remove from stove & keep.

4. Making cruspy noodels;
( this noodels you make it before & keep ready)
Heat sufficiant oil in a wide pan on medium high flame.
Now take a fist full of cooked noodels ( water content should not be there) & put in to hot oil & fry on medium flame until crisp & starts changing colour.
Remove & drain extra oil & keep,fry all cooked noodels in the same way & keep ready.

5. Serving if american choupsey ;
In a wide bowl or plate take fried noodels. & press little not too force,
Next add cooked veggies,
Lastly add sauce whuch you prepared & now mix well untill everything combines evenly.

Now serve american choupsy immediatly.( becaz it will be soft )
