Kadalebeeja means groundnuts or pea nuts,which is used in many recipes & so many things are prepared using this like sweets & sevoury dishes & used in seasoining too.today for first time i tried its chutney & it is easy to make & very healthy too can be served with plain rice,idli,dosa....
Ingrediants;
1 cup of peanuts
3-4 red chilli or as per spicy
1 tbsp of fried gram / hurigadale
Salt
Pinch of jaggary or sugar
1/2 inch of ginger
1/4 tsp of till or white sesame seeds
Few curry leaves
Method;
1. Heat little oil & fry groundnuts until crisp
2. & next fry red chilli & curry leaves
4. Fry till seeds little it starts spluttering
5. In a blender take all ingredients & blend into smooth paste or semi smooth
6. Serve
