Now a days we can see many varities of paratas like plain,veggie,paneer,potato,thisotato paratha was common & famous after that people started to try different kinds of paratas,in different flavours & tastes.this is one kind of stuffed chapathi,very tasty & easy to make.i have made aloo paratha,today i tried aloo with onion & it was very tasty.try this ,
Ingrediants;
Wheat flour 1 cup
Salt as needed
1/2 tsp jeera
14 tsp of sugar
1 tbsp of kasoori meth
1 big onion finely chopped
2 medium or one big potato boiled & mashed
1 tsp black pepper powder
Or red chilli powder
Little coriender leaves ( optional)
Method;
1. Fry little bit the chopped onions & keep.
2. In a wide bowl take all ingrediants including onion & mix well.
3. Then add little by little water & make a soft & pealable dough,it will be little sticky but no problem dip in dry flour & press into paratas.
4. Make equal medium size of balls from dough ,normally paratas will be little thick,dip in dry flour & roll into round disc.
5. Heat tava & cook both sides by smearing little ghee & until brown spots appear.
6. Make all paratas like this.
7. Remove & serve hot with any side you like.
