MANGO KULFI

Mango kulfi & it also looks like candy ice cream,because my kulfi mould is like this little broad,but normal kulfi mould is different i think everyone know.my kulfi making is continued today also,today i tried mango kulfi,but one difference is as kesar pista there is no cooking or boiling etc.,,no need to switch on the stove.simply make juice & pour into moulds that's it 😊 very easy ...

Ingrediants

2 medium large ripe mangoes ( i used alphanso mangoes)
1/2 tin or little more condenced milk
1/2 cup fresh cream
1 cup or little more milk ( full cream milk)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1-2 tb sp of chopped badam & pistachios

Method:
1. Cut mangoes & take in a blender & add little milk & blend to smooth paste.

2. Add condensed milk & blend once again for few seconds.

3. Add cream & blend for few seconds.

4. Now add milk & cardamom powder & blend again for few seconds or until everything combines finely.

5. Lastly add finely chopped nuts & just pulse 2 times & remove.

6. Pour into kulfi moulds & cover with aluminium wrapper & freeze it for 5-6 hrs.

7. Serve cool immediatly ,

Notes;
1. Instead of milk maid or condensed milk you can use sugar.

2. While serving you can sprinkle some chopped nuts & cardamom & serve.
