Tanda tanda cool cool,kesar badam pista kulfi 😋 yummy.from somany days i wanted to try any kulfi so tye time came out today,so i started ,hmmm,true it takes little time but @ the end the result is tasty & cool kulfi.you can serve as dessert.this can be done any time,easy but as i said time consuming but comes out like restaurant style & taste .
Ingredients;
1/2 ltr full cream milk
Sugar 1/2 cup or little less or more
Cardamom 2-3 pods
Pista & badam chopped into small biting pieces 2 tbsp or little more
Full cream 3/4 to 1 cup ( i used store bought) & used small pack fully)
Saffron pinch
Method
1. Keep milk for boiling in an heavy bottomed pan,boil until it reduses to 1/2 ,keep on stirring in between otherwise it mayburn in the bottom.
2. Take some milk in a bowl & mix kesar or saffron strands until it dissolves & keep aside.
3. Chop pista & badam biting size & keep ready & keep powder of cardamom ready.
4. When milk starts boiling & reduses add kesar which is dissolved in milk & mix now add cream & mix throughly & keep boiling for few more minutes but keep on stirring.
5. When milk strts redusing add cut pista & badam & cardamom powder & mix & continue boiling & stirring here and there for another ten to 12 minutes.
6.may be it takes 45 mins to 1 hr because hmm, sorry i did not see the time but felt 😜 but next time pakka i will put the time ok...
7. Now cool the milk mixture completely.
8. Pour into kulfi moulds cool kulfi mixture, & keep in the freezer for 5-6 hrs.
9. Remove & serve & enjoy....
