BARLEY DOSA

Barley dosa,actually from few days i think i trying to be health conscious....😉 ha ha ha.....ok let us come to point now as i know barley rice is very healthy & it is good for urine infection as i know,when ever you suffer that infection you boil barley in water & strain & drink that water two to three times u will get relief,my mom will be telling this......this is better breakfast persons with type 2 diabetes,it helps to prevent gallstones.and sure there will be side effects also so please find out & try to use ...( info.,from google)

Ingredients;

1 cup barley
1 cup parboiled rice or dosa rice
1/2 cup urad dal
1 tbsp methi seeds

Method;

1. Soak rice & barley together for 4-5 hrs & soak uraddal & methi seeds 4-5 hrs seperetly.

2. Grind both seperetly to nice paste by adding sufficiant water & mix both batter & add salt & keep for fermentation overnight.

3. Next morning mix it again throughly & check salt & water consistancy.

4. If it is very thick batter add water & make it thin & make dosas.

5. Heat tava & pour a ladle full of batter & spread thinly & sprinkle oil & cook on low flame until crisp & turns golden brown.

6. Remove & serve hot.with any side.
