YELLINA CHUTNEY

Yellu or till or sesame seeds,chutney is very tasty & very easy to make & it goes well with dosa,idli,chapathi & even plain rice.here i used white sesame seeds

Ingredients    

2 tb sp sesame or yellu or till seeds 
1cup coconut grated
1 tbsp roasted peanuts 
Salt as per taste
Red chilli 4-5 
Tamarind very small lemon size
Little jaggary 

Method;
1. Dry roast till until nice aroma & golden brown in color & keep aside.
2. Next roast dry red chillies & keep ready 
3. Roast peanuts & keep ready
4. In a mixer grinder put all ingredients & add little by little water & grind into smooth paste or coarse paste.
5. In a small pan heat 1 tsp of ghee & add mustered seeds curry leaves & one or two red chilli broken & fry then add to chutney & mix.
6. Serve with dosa,idli,rice etc.,
