Seemeakki or sabudana or sago dosa,normally we prepare many types of different dosa's & day by day i also try different type this time i tried by using sago or seemeakki when i was browsing i saw many dosa recipes with sabudana but they were all normally instant preparing,but i wanted to try as usual like regular dosa so tried & i was thinking first time i am trying & how it comes out,becaz early morning i did not want to take chance of getting scolding by ......😜 but still praying god i soaked & prepared,really it came out very nice & sooooper soft 😊 ,so here it is....
Ingredients;
1 cup raw rice
3/4 cup sabudana
1/4 cup urad dal
1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
1/4 cup toordal
Method;
1. Soak everything for 4-5 hrs or more & grind by adding sufficiant water to smooth paste & leave it to ferment overnight.
2. Add sufficiant salt & 1/4 tsp sugar & mix thoroughly.
3. Heat tava & pour ladle full of batter & try to spread very little like set dosa.& cook until cooked like fluffy.
4. Serve hot with any side.
