Kayi sasive anna means coconut & mustered seeds rice, where cooked rice is seasoned with grinded coconut & mustered seeds with other ingredients.this dish is very easy to make & very tasty too.this grinded chutney you can store for 2-4 days in refrigerator & use, this chutney is used with rice or as side to dosa, idli, chapathi etc., in my native place frequently they make this & they mix with ottu shavige & serve & also they mix with plain cooked rice & serve, this can be carried while you are travelling too.today after so many days i prepared this chutney & mixed with rice.for this you can prepare fresh rice or you can use for leftover rice.for left over rice recipes you please follow

4. If you use tamarind,if tangy ness is very less then you can add little lemon juice & mix & make it correct.
