Jolada uppittu or corn uoma,this is one of the regular uoma which me make for our breakfast,in this only we make many variations like plain,vegetable,onion,peas upma....here i made by using corn or jola ( frozen i used) ,it is easy & tasty.

Ingredients ;

1 cup medium rava or sooji or semolina
1/2 cup corn or jola ( you can use fresh or frozen)

For tadka;
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustered seeds
1/2 tsp channadal
1/2 tsp uraddal
4-5 finely chopped green chillies
Curry leaves
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Salt as per taste
Sugar little

Others
Grated coconut 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves
1 medium lemon juice

Method;

1. Dry roast rava/suji/semolina until nice aroma comes & it starts turning little golden brown in colour.

2. If you are using frozen corn you can add directly to the boiling water for upma or if you are using fresh one first you should boil in boiling water until done & then use.

3. Heat oil in a kadai & add all things given under tadka & fry until it turns golden brown in colour,then add corn & mix.then add water 1:2 & mix well & live it to boil,while boiling add salt,sugar & lemon juice & mix & live it boil for few more seconds.

4. Then add slowly roasted rava & mix without any lumps & make the flame to medium low & cook by covering for 2-3 minutes & remove,

5. Garnish with coconut & coriander leaves .

6. Serve hot & enjoy. :-)
