CORIANDER CHUTNEY USING CURDS


                                                               ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಚಟ್ನಿ

Coriander chutney using curds means usually for making chutney we add tamarind water for tanginess but here i have used curds instead of tamarind water,that is the difference,this chutney will also be very tasty,& served with dosa,roti,idli etc.,

Ingredients :

1 cup grated coconut
2-3 tbsp of coriander leaves
Salt as needed
2-3 green chillies
1/2" ginger
1 tbsp roasted gram dal ( hurigadale)
Curd ( little sour) 2-3 tbsp

Seasoning;
1 tsp ghee
1/2 tsp mustered seeds
Curry leaves
1/2 tsp urad dal
1 red chilli

Method;

1. Grind all things given for preparing chutney to medium coarse paste.

2. Take it in a bowl & keep,

3. Make seasoning & pour on the chutney & mix well

4. Serve with dosa,idli etc.....
