Uttappams are also dosa family,only difference is it is slightly thikker than regular dosas,& if we want we can prepare dough with separate measurements,or otherwise you can use idli batter .usually all will make this uttappams by left over idli batter adding some stuffs to it,it is also very tasty dosa served with curd,chutney..today i have prepared with remaining idli batter by covering with some veggies,...
Ingredients
1 cup idli batter
Oil for sprinkling on dosa
Others
Finely chopped onions
Green chillies
Grated coconut
Tomatoes
Curry leaves
Grated ginger
Coriander leaves
Dill leaves ( i have used here)

Making of uttappams
Method
Heat tava & pour one small ladle full of idli batter,spread ( do not try to spread much)
Sprinkle all veggies together or one by one & smear oil & cover & cook on medium flame then if you want flip it another side & cook.
Remove & serve hot with chutney or curds.
