POTATO CURD BAJJI/RAITA

                                                                    ಅಲೂಗೆಡ್ಡೆ  ಬಜ್ಜಿ
Potato bajji or raita made by using curds,this is no cooking dish,this raita is served as side dish with pulao,biryani,all rice items.& can also be served with plain rice...
Ingredients

1 cup cooked potatoes & cut into medium pieces or mashed
1 &1/2 cup curd
Salt as per taste
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves for garnishing

Seasoning ( optional)

Oil 1 tsp
Mustered seeds 1/2 tsp
Jeera 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves little
                                       Mix curd,salt & red chilli powder to boiled potatoes & mix.



Method

In a bowl take boiled & mashed or cut potatoes & add lightly churned curd ( no water added) & mix then add salt,chilli powder& mix well &add seasoning & garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve with any rice.

Note: you can skip chilli powder & add black pepper powder or you can add both.
