Method
Sweet version
In a bowl mix dalda & flour until it resembles like bread crumps,& add water little by little & make a soft dough like chapathi dough & knead it to smooth texture & keep.
Keep it covered for few minutes
mean while make sugar powder adding cardamom to it & keep ready
divide the dough into two parts & keep covered
next on your counter top or chapathi maker roll the dough  into 1/4 th inch thickness
cut using knife or puzza cutter in to dimond shape & keep ready
heat oil for deep frying ( when it is hot make the flame to medium) & deep fry all the cuts in oil
& remove when it turns light golden brown color.
do same with another part of dough also

After frying remove extra oil by using kitchen towel & take in bowl & sprinkle powdered sugar & toss it throughly & softly that it should not break.

Store in air tight container & enjoy.

This is also same method difference is first mix all ingredients given & add little by little water & make a soft dough & knead it to smooth dough & keep covered for few minutes,
then next steps are same as sweet version.
