RAVA IDLI


This dish is very easy and quick to make,usually when we r hurry or when v don't have any option to prepare & when v r bored in all other recipes this is one change recipe everyone likes,u can prepare in no time,

Preparation time : 10 mins
Making idlies: 15-20 mins

Ingredients
1 cup roasted medium rava
Curds 3/4-1 cup ( depends on consistency)
Salt as per taste
Eno fruit salt 1/2 to 1 tsp

Seasoning

Ghee 1 tsp
Mustered seeds 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Channa dal 1 tsp
Green chillies 2-3 finely chopped
Curry leaves 1 string

Others
Coriender leaves 1/4 cup
Grated coconut 1/4 cup
1 tsp roasted cashews

Method

Heat a pan & add ghee & heat then add all seasonings given.      
In a wide bowl add roasted rava & add salt & seasoning to it & mix throughly,then add curd & coriender leaves,grated coconut,cashews & mix & live for 15 to 20 mins then add if required some more curd & add eno fruit salt & mix once throughly,it forms creamy texture,then keep ready greased idli moulds/ plates pour the rava mixture & cook for 15- 25 mins or till done.( u can prick with a spoon when it comes out clean it is ready)

Enjoy hot hot udlies with your favourite sambar,chutney or sagu.
