Moong dal is very healthy & try to keep the body cool,usually in moong dal/hesarubele we prepare many types of dishes & sweets,moong dal has many health benefits,like it helps in weight loss,cholesterol level will be low, good for heart,it boosts resistance power,it prevent some muscular diseases, & contain anti cancer properties,etc.,etc., so friends don't wait add this to your diet list.
Ingredients
1 cup hesarubele/moongdal
3/4 cup of powdered jaggary ( you can add little more if you are sweet tooth)
Elachi 2-3 pods powdered
Ghee 2 tbsp or more if needed
Cashews few
Raisins few
Method
Dry roast hesarubele/moongdal till it leaves its raw ness & gives fine aroma ( here you can first powder moong dal & then also you can roast) & powder into smooth powder & keep.
Heat ghee in a seasoning pan & roast cashews & keep,you can add raisins too
Powder jaggary with elachi into smooth powder
Mix everything in a bowl & when it is little warm to handle start making ladoos,if you cannot make ladoos properly then add ghee or milk & make ( if you add milk the shelf life is less)
Store in airtight container.
