Poha or ಅವಲಕ್ಕಿ dosa is very simple dosa within no time you can prepare it,it is good taste & soft dosa,try in your home surely
Ingredients
2cup idli rice or parboiled rice
1/3 cup poha or avalakki
Curds or butter milk 1 cup ( little sour)
Method
Soak rice for 3-4 hrs & soak poha for 5 minutes & grind into smooth paste ( if you r living for fermentation over night then add curd or butter milk next morning to the batter) ( if you want tomake immediately then grind with curd or butter milk) whatever is convenient for you.add salt & cover & keep for 1/2 hr & as usual make dosas,
Serve with chutney or sambar.
Note; batter should be watery & make like rava dosa
For variation you can spread chutney or sauce on dosa & serve or spread tomato sauce & spread veggies ( 1/2 cooke & close & serve or fill with noodles any variation you can do.
