CURRY LEAVES ( karibevina soppu) CHUTNEY


Friends i am posting curry leaves chutney,please don't mistake picture of curry chutney is ver small.it is because i forgot to take separate picture of chutney.curry leaves usually used for seasoning & to add extra flavour to our dish which we prepare,it has many medicinal values also,it reduces grey hair & helps to hair growth,& pimples on our face like this it has many.


Ingredients
Curry leaves 1 cup ( pressed)
Urad dal 1 tbsp
Red chilli 5-6 or more
Hing a pinch
Oil 1 tsp

Others
Grated coconut 1/4 cup
Tamrind 1 tbsp ( pulp) or less
Salt

Seasoning
1 tsp ghee
Mustered seeds
Dry red chilli 1 broken

Method
Clean curry leaves & pat dry
In a frying pan add all ingredients except hing, coconut ,tamarind & salt,fry until golden brown & nice aroma comes out,cool it for few minutes & then add coconut,salt & tamarind pulp & grind to smooth or coarse texture as u wish.
Then lastly make tempering & add to chutney & mix

Serve with rice,dosa,chapathi,rotti etc.,
