ONION SAMBAR





Ingrediants

Small onions or regular onions

Dhania 1 tbsp & little more

Chanadal 1 tsp

Rice 1/4 tsp

Coconut 1/4 cup

Red chillies 7-8

Method:

Roast everything by adding little oil until golden brown ( no coconut)

Grind everything with coconut to smooth paste

Heat oil & put mustered seeds,redchilli,& curry leaves.when it splutters add onion & fry until translucent.

Next add grinded mixture & salt & jaggary & tamrind paste & mix.& leave to boil until raw ness dissappears.

Serve hot with rice or idlies....
