Papaya or parangi hannu in kannada which very healthy fruit,in raw fruit also some dishes are made like curry.... & in fruit you can make juice or milkshake or you can eat as it is,today i tried making of ice cream ,it is very easy & tasty too,here it is....
Ingrediants;
1/2 ltr of full fat milk
3/4 to 1 cup of sugar
200 ml of cream
1&1/2 to 2 cups of papaya fruit pulp
Method;
1. Bring milk to boil & reduce it little that cream should form on the top of the milk.
2. Remove & cool it & add cream & sugar & mix well ( you can use powdered sugar)
3. Freeze it in air tight container covering with aluminium foil until partially firm.
4. Then make papaya pulp & keep ready.
5. Remove the milk mixture from freezer & pour into blender with fruit pulp & blend once speedly then in churn mode.it should look like creamy texture.
6. Pour into airtight container & cover with foil & freeze it.
7. Serve.
8. If it is still not smooth blend it again after 4-5 hrs & freeze it
