PAV BHAJI MASALA POWDER

Pav bhaji masala,home made,now a days i am trying different kinds of masalas at home,this masala also i got in one of the blog & very easy to make & Ingrediants are those which we have in our kitchen,most of the things we keep for daily use,yes it taste was like store bought.and today i used it to prepare pav bhaji & it was tasty as same which we prepare by using store bought masala.😊


Ingrediants:

Coriender seeds 2-1/2 tbsp
Cloves 25
Red chilli 12 or little more if you like spicy
Jeera 2 tbsp
Fenal seeds 1 tbsp
Black cardamom 1 ( i used regular)
Bay leaves 2
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon 6 1" size
Curry leaves 6-8
Amchur powder 1-1/2 tbsp
Black salt 1/4 tsp


Method;

1. Take all the spices together except amchur powder & black salt in a pan & start frying in medium flame until nice aroma comes out keep stirring continuously but do not burn the spices.

2. Now remove from fire & keep for cool.

3. When it is in room temperature & mild hot grind into fine powder.

4. Mix once & then add amchur powder & black salt & mix throughly that no lumps & store in air tight container,use as you need.
