WHOLE WHEAT WITH OATS & NUTELLA COOKIES


Actually from few days i am trying to bake using wheat flour because it is healthy too,but i was failing,but today i tried this,this recipe one of the fb friend shubha had posted so thought of trying,& it was sucess 😀,thank you shubha,both recipes came out good.here litlle changes is there than original recipe but stilll it is good....


ingrediants;

Whole wheat flour 1-1/2 cups
Roasted & powdered oats 1/2 cup +2 tbsp
Unsalted butter 1/2 cup
Nutella 1/3 cup
Powdered sugar / jaggary ( thick syrup ) 1/2 cup ( i used sugar)
Baking powder 1-1/4 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Salt a pinch

Method;

1. Sift all dry ingredients & keep.

2. In a wide bowl cream nutella & butter & add sugar & mix it well until smooth & creamy.

3. Now add sifted flour & mix well,if it is too crumbly not coming together add little by little milk 1
tsp at a time & try to make soft dough & knead well.( Note; in recipe which i follwed she has not added any liquid but for me it was crumbly so i added milk & kneaded the dough.)

4. Keep covered aside for few minutes.

5. Pre heat the oven for 8-10 minutes in 160 digree.

6. Line a baking tray with butter paper & keep ready.

7. Now take cookie dough & make equal balls & arrange on baking tray leaving little space in between.

8. Bake it for 6 minutes,check if needed bake it for another 3-4 minutes,in mine it took 10-12
minutes.( it depends on oven which you are using)

9. Remove & leave it to cool ( here it will be little soft,but don't worry it will be hard later when it cool) crisp outside & soft inside.
