RAGI POORI

Ragi poori,pearl millet,which is very healthy,before only normal or plain wheat flour poories were prepared as i know but nowadays people are trying varities which are healthy too,normally some kids dont like because  of its colour...... From ragi we can prepare rotti,mudde,dosa....... So today i tried ragi poori,it is very easy to make as normal plain poori & taste is also good....

Ingrediants

1/2 cup ragi flour
1 cup of wheat flour
Salt as needed
Water for making dough
Oil for deep frying

Method

1. Take both flours in a bowl & add salt & mix then add little by little water & make soft & stiff dough & keep aside for 15 minutes.

2. Meanwhile heat oil in a pan for deep frying.

3. Make equal sized balls  & roll round as disc & keep.

4. Deep fry one by one as you do with plain poori.

5. Remove excess oil  from kitchen towel .

6. Serve hot with your favourite side....
