KAJU & BADAM WITH PEANUTS BURFI


                                                               ಗೋಡಂಬಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾದಾಮಿ ಬುರ್ಫಿ
Prep., time 3-4 minutes
Cooking time 5-8 minutes
Actually,i had some powdered  kaju,badam  & peanuts  so , i thought i will try to make burfi from this so i started preparing,it came out very well & tasty.....

Ingredients;
3/4 cup of  cashew & almond powder ( 1/2 of 3/4 cup both cashew & almond powder
1/4 cup roasted peanut powder

Overall it comes up to 1 cup

Sugar 3/4 cup
Water just soaking sugar

Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp ( optional)

Method:

1. Keep sugar mixed with water for making sugar syrup it should be at 1 string consistency ( if you dip ladle in sugar syrup & lift syrup should fall farming a string )

2. Make powder of cashews,badam & roasted peanuts & keep ready.

3. Grease a plate & roller or spoon ready

4. When sugar comes to one string consistency add powdered mixture & start to mix until it leaves sides of the pan & switch off the flame ( this should be done on medium flame)

5. Pour the mixture in a greased plate & roll into 1/4 inch thickness.& cut into desired peaces.

6. Store in air tight container.
