GINGER CHUTNEY


                                                                 ಶುಂಟಿ ಚಟ್ನಿ
Prep., time 5 minutes
Ginger chutney made by using ginger & coconut,which can be served with idli,dosa etc., its very easy & with in no time you can prepare this chutney,in chutney's also there are varieties .ginger is very good for health.& very few ingredients we use in making of this chutney.

Ingredients;
1 cup grated coconut
1 tbsp chopped ginger ( you can add little more)
1 green chilli
Salt
Small peace of jaggery
1/2 tsp lemon juice or tamarind juice

Seasoning;
1 tsp ghee
1/2 tsp mustered seeds
1/4 tsp urad dal
Curry leaves
Pinch of hing

Method:
1. Grind all things given to a coarse paste & put it in a bowl.

2. Add lemon juice & mix ( if you use tamarind add tamarind water while grinding)

3. Make seasoning & pour on chutney & mix well.

4. Serve with idli or dosa....
