VEG PIZZA


                                                                   ವೆಜ್ ಪಿಜ್ಜಾ

This is is very very simple home made veggie pizza,i have used simple ingredients to do this,i made this when my mom,my sis,& her daughter visited to bangkok,it came out very taste,it is very easy to make but making base takes little time thats it next it is super fast you can bake this pizza,with veggies you have @ home,now a days all are using wheat flour for all baking things becaz it is more healthy,but i have not given a try for that,this pizza recipe coarse from bhavanas kitchen some variations i made...

Ingredients

1 cup maida or all purpose flour
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp curds
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt ( later you can add more if u want)
1 small cube mozzarella cheese ( u can add more cheese)
2 tbsp or more tomato sauce
1 small capsicum
1 small carrot
1Medium tomato
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chilli flakes ( optional)

Method

Step 1In a large bowl mix all ingredients for making pizza dough & mix well & by adding little by little water make a soft dough & keep aside for 5-10 mins aside with closed damp cloth.

Step 2Take a well greased baking tray & spread or roll the dough into round shape @ d end little 
bit push the dough towards u circularly ( option) it makes wall type.

Step 3Then firstly, spread tomato sauce ( i have mentioned 2 tbsp but u can add more if u want) spread evenly.

Step 4Next grate mozzarella cheese all over ( this also depends how much u want)

Step 5On that spread all vegetables one by one & sprinkle little salt & pepper ( it depends on how 
much spicy u want)

Step 6Last but not the least grate again mozzarella cheese on d top of pizza ( depends how much u want)

Step 7Preheat the oven for200 dig cent., for 8 mins

Step 8Bake the pizza in preheated oven @ 200 dig cent., for 12 mins Or until it starts to turn golden brown in colour

Step 9So your hot hot yummy pizza is ready to eat. ( if u want more sauce or cheese u can add)

Step 10Enjoy.
