RAVA IDLI

Rava idli is instant idli which we can make with in no time,when ever we don't have any option to make break fast,& bore of all other dishes,& if you are urgent to any other work then this is the best .within moment,without thinking too much you can prepare this idli,this doesn't require any soaking or fermenting,waiting nothing,& it have good taste ,it goes with chutney,sambar any thing,so when you are bore of making same idlies try this....


Ingredients

1 cup medium rava½ tsp urad dal
1 tsp salt /asper taste1 string curry leaves
1 tsp eno fruit salt1 tbsp/ more corriender leaves
1 cup curds (approx)½ tsp green chillies ( optional)
1 tsp mustered seeds.                      1 tbsp cashews
½ tsp channa dal
1 tsp mustered seeds
1/2 tsp channa dal


Method
Step 1In a bowl mix everything  with rava with seasoning & add 
little curd & keep aside for 5 mins

Step 2Then add 1 tsp eno fruit salt & remaining curds & mix thoroughly & immediately pour into greased idli plates & steam it for 15 mins

Step 3When u prick in fork if it 
comes out clean it is cooked.

Step 4Serve hot with chutney or sagu.
