Ingredients
1 cup medium rava | ½ tsp urad dal |
1 tsp salt /asper taste | 1 string curry leaves |
1 tsp eno fruit salt | 1 tbsp/ more corriender leaves |
1 cup curds (approx) | ½ tsp green chillies ( optional) |
1 tsp mustered seeds. | 1 tbsp cashews |
½ tsp channa dal 1 tsp mustered seeds 1/2 tsp channa dal MethodStep 1In a bowl mix everything with rava with seasoning & add little curd & keep aside for 5 mins Step 2Then add 1 tsp eno fruit salt & remaining curds & mix thoroughly & immediately pour into greased idli plates & steam it for 15 mins Step 3When u prick in fork if it comes out clean it is cooked. Step 4Serve hot with chutney or sagu. |
