RAGI LADOO / MILLET FLOUR HEALTHY LADOO

                                        ರಾಗಿ ಹಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಉಂಡೆ 

Ragi or millet is also very healthy & useful for bones & mussels very much,
dish using ragi flour you can prepare some dishes like rotti,mudde,ambli,which is healthy drink for weight watchers,etc.,one day one of my friend bought this & gave to me 1 box she told her mom brought from mumbai,it was very tasty,& i thought why not i can't try once so immediately started my action ( don't worry after finishing those ladoos only i started) i prepared this yummy it came out very good ,so friends don't  go with colour go with taste,prepare in your home sure you like it.


Ingredients

1 cup ragi flour

3/4 to 1 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp ghee

1 tsp cardamom powder

1 tbsp or more cashews & raisins

Method

Roast ragi flour until it gets nice aroma adding little ghee

Roast cashews & raisins

Powder sugar & keep ready

In a bowl mix all ingredients ( ragi flour should be little warm)
& remaining ghee & start to make balls,if u have problem to make balls then add  tsp of warm milk & make balls ( but if u add milk the shelf life will be less)

Then store in air tight box

Don't go with color go with taste & healthy
